The complete claims validation process is now 100% digital in a new app.

Challenge

Through a proprietary artificial intelligence algorithm, OK! Teleseguros made it possible for a customer to activate their auto insurance with their own damage coverage in a 100% digital experience and without the need to go to an auto workshop.
This being a traditionally complicated and frustrating process, the App "Vistorias OK!" needed to give its customers a positive experience.

Solution

Knowing this, our aim was to design a simplified, easy and intuitive experience, which would provide its users clear step-by-step instructions and constant feedback. Also, allow them to quickly complete the car inspection process to activate the insurance.

The process involved:

  1. Understanding and mapping the car inspection process
  2. Design of the new digital survey flows
  3. High-fidelity design and prototyping of user experience screens
  4. Streamline development through monitoring and interaction with the technology team

Results

Within a few months, 70% of all surveys are done remotely. For customers, this app has brought more autonomy, as the process has become more convenient, easier, and faster than the inspection in the workshop. For the brand, the app reinforced the positioning of innovation, and it was also important for the business because the app reduced the possibilities of fraud.
