Solinca intended to reinforce the positioning of an innovative gym and create a new integrated digital ecosystem. A technological solution that centralizes all the data resulting from the interactions between: Solinca employees, customers, gym equipment, and external systems or suppliers. The aim is to develop a personalized motivation system for each partner, to help him achieve better results.
The Solinca App is a personalized experience tailored to each client, which includes: onboarding, scheduling classes, creating and providing training plans, interactive training, and simplified recording of performance metrics. Therefore the clients do not lose focus on achieving better and more results.
And because anyone who strives to defeat inertia deserves to be valued, we have created a system of points and rewards, to make tangible the dedication of our customers.
At Solinca, bad experiences were exhausted. With this new digital ecosystem, we leave the queues and paperwork behind. Because the gym is for training. And the rest is done in the app.
In addition to the app, we have a whole backoffice, where Solinca employees can manage and control the entire ecosystem, and the Solinca Data Cloud where all data, from different sources (including third parties), is consolidated.
The first feedback from customers has been very encouraging, especially because the app is able to provide a good user experience, simple and intuitive despite the great technological and architectural complexity behind it and the many features that it was necessary to integrate.
