Challenge

Shine, a superfood brand, is a brand that acts under Iswari - a well established and trusted lifestyle brand in the Portuguese market. People interested in active living and healthful habits were already strong brand followers. But Shine, on the other hand, had problems positioning - how do we differentiate such similar brands?

Solution

We researched the market and upcoming trends across the food industry to find out that, nowadays, people want to “see things as they are”. Therefore, we created the whole strategy and positioning for Shine, as a brand for people who are learning how to live in a healthier manner. Positioning Shine as a brand that understands that healthy eating might not be that fun or cool, so it gives you simple ways of dealing with that transition from the old you to the healthier you.
