Fidelidade wanted to reinforce its positioning of innovation, and also create more moments of positive interaction with its customers.
The solution found was to create a new telematics app that rewards customers for their good driving, and which opens a new communication channel with Fidelidade.
We all consider ourselves to be above average drivers - although this is statistically impossible - but in fact, we don't do much to improve it, or even to measure it.
Our approach to change that was to create an appealing visual language and bring gamification (points, score, badges, challenges) to driving, that is, making the Fidelidade Drive app do for Auto Fidelidade insurance, the same as the Nike+ app does for Nike sneakers.
An app that makes driving safer, more interactive, and fun, and even allows you to convert points into discounts at supermarkets, fuel, and others.
It was an iterative and collaborative process from the first moment, with a dedicated team and physically present at the client several days a week, and that involved not only COMON, but also the client and BCG.
The Fidelidade Drive app is a pioneering project - still in soft launch mode - which already serves as a reference for the entire Fidelidade mobile app ecosystem.
